Who is Daryl?
Daryl Hudec a Type-1 Diabetic (for 41 years), suffered severe liver damage attributed to Gilberts Syndrome years ago. The combination of these two conditions prevented Daryl from consuming any foods that were high in Saturated Fats, had high Glycemic ingredients or contained Preservatives.
Upon recognition of a limited selection of these products on the market and a necessity for prolonging his life, Daryl decided to create his own great tasting nutritional bars and cereal. Since then over 1,000,000 bars have been sold. Daryl continues to live a normal and productive life by consuming his products
